Purchase history troubleshooting for Redfall bite back edition

I purchased the physical Redfall Bite Back edition from Gamestop. I redeemed the code on the Xbox store front. I know how to look up purchase history, but it doesnt seem to want to load more than the last 6 games I purchased/redeemed. I purchase A LOT of digital content on xbox, so I dont know if the system is just overwhelmed or what. But I want to find proof I redeemed my Redfall Bite Back edition code, and am finding it impossible to do so. I dont have the original receipt from Gamestop, as keeping a receipt for this long that just ends up with the ink fading away just is not reasonable. I do keep all of my game cases, so I just dont know how to request the refund like everyone else is getting for the content they didnt receive. The Bethesda site says to contact the business you bought it from, but they require a receipt. So i am at a loss here.

I did not miss the memo. The memo is why I am trying to figure out what to do. What I don’t quite understand is why my purchase/redemption history will not load? As if I could prove I redeemed the code, I was hoping that would prove I did in fact purchase the dlc pack, and have proof of ownership as I still have the case and all of its contents. But my purchase history only shows the last six items or so that I purchased and/or redeemed, when I have literally bought/redeemed probably close to 50 items in the past 6 months. And I am filtering my list of purchases to try and see if any will provide me with a list of more than those six aforementioned items, as well as making sure I have the option selected that would include basically every type of content. So my issue is not simply getting refunded for the Redfall content, but largely why my account isn’t showing my purchase history. I am well aware of the “memo”.

You apparently missed the memo

Arkane Studios is no more and bite back dlc is canceled

You are going to have to take the issue with gamestop

While redfall is still available bite back dlc will never be

Redfall.never did well it's unfortunate

However you can play offline mode if the redfall game on disk

But the dlc codes won't work now MS issued refunds as credit for digitally purchased from xbox

Youbwill have to ask gamestop especially since the dlc is now canceled

Same here. Pre-ordered Deluxe and shows I purchased standard. Doubled check bank account and DL history/purchase history through Microsoft both show deluxe edition edition.

As Viral alluded to, I highly doubt Bethesda will want to put their DLC on sale the same week their Legendary Edition releases. They're hoping that the 23 people who didn't purchase Skyrim will bite on picking up a copy.
