No, they will not be able to see it unless they sign in to your account which is not allowed.

In summary, you're the only one that can see your purchase history unless they were able to access your account on the Xbox console.

Well for one thing you cannot gift points

Question is then if you are a family account why not look at the activity center this includes ma points purchases under putchase history and child account purchased pr allowances or ask whichever family had access to your console .

Were you able to check your order history as well as have them check theirs if the game order will be visible from there?
