Discus and support Purchase GamePass for console instead for PC in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; accidentally buy wrong subscription type.     Purchase GamePass for console instead for PC


    accidentally buy wrong subscription type. In russia i can buy pass only in third-party stores, so i cannot refound purchase (since code was redeemed). would you please help me change subscription type?

    can't install Halo master chief collection on PC

    halo is not a playanywhere title, means you have to purchase for console and pc seperately. if you have gamepass ultimate or gamepass pc then you can download as part of that on pc.

    the devs/publisher have only allowed it into the console gamepass, i have no clue if it will come to pc gamepass eventually, it is available to purchase on steam and rockstar for pc and is a better version.

    Sign into your Microsoft account and go to services and subscriptions and double check that you did purchase the Ultimate GamePass. The Ultimate GamePass is the only version that gives you access to GamePass on both console and PC. Also if you have two
    accounts then you would have to use the account that you purchased the UGP on for access to it on both console and PC.
