Purchase game but not appeared

I have just recently bought an Arcade game on my computer, and then I go onto my Xbox and sign into Xbox live, my game has not appeared in the My games app. I've re-downloaded it on the actual Xbox but yet it still has not appeared. Please help.

Code Redeem

I redeemed a code for $70 NZD and nothing has come into my account. It has appeared on my recent purchases but it has not appeared in my account balance.

We tried this and a white loading screen appeared and never went away so we could not purchase it!

Ok, thanks for the info. If it hasn't shown up in the download queue (you can check by pressing the Guide button on the controller then scroll left by using the left bumper and select Active Downloads) then you can manually start the download by scrolling
right from the dashboard. Go to Settings>Accounts>Download History. The game should be in that list.

I'm sorry, it was actually an Xbox 360, my console. The arcade game is Assassin's Creed Liberation. I purchased it but it dose't show up on my 360 console.

It sounds as though you're looking for a game that was originally for the 360 though. What was the title so we can make sure it's backwards compatible?

Please check first if you have a completed transaction for the in-game content from your account's order history from this link, https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If it's completed, try the steps below to refresh the contents of your profile.

Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

When you're finished, select Close. Power off the console for 1min. Power on console then click Gamertag pic

Select >Add New>

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

If that doesn't work, it can take up to 24 hours before you receive the in-game content. Please do check every now and then during the day if you receive it. If not, I would highly recommend contacting the game developer for further advice about it.
