    Just tried buying a game and a message came up saying something went wrong on our end waiting might help. Contacted them as funds came out of my bank and they said they didn't receive the funds so chase up with the bank. Bank say they did receive funds
    and gave me authorisation number. how do i get my money back or the game???

    This can happen sometimes, I recommend restarting your Xbox and checking again.

    It won't even let me go to payment method. I click purchase and receive the error message and something went wrong on our end. I just ended up purchasing said game from my wife profile.
