    So I recently gotten back to playing my xbox and decided to hop onto Bo2 but when I went to go play my favorite zombies map buried it showed that I never bought it even though I did and I even have the achievements for that map and it goes for all the
    other DLC packs it only shows I have Uprising when I bought Vengence and Revelations aswell I would really like some help I checked my download history aswell as my purchase history but it shows that I never even bought them and its very frustrating can someone
    please help me.

    Sorry, but if you want it on both consoles, you will have to purchase it again for the 360.

    Even though some games and content are available on both consoles, they are still considered separate consoles. Some publishers do offer upgrade deals if you purchase a game on the 360 first, but not the other way around. If you look at the description in
    the 360 marketplace for "Dark Below" it does state that if you purchase it, it will work on both consoles. "House of Wolves" does not.

    I bought Saints Row: Gate Out of Hell and when I try to download it a message pops up saying "Can't be downloaded". What do I do to fix this? I don't want to spend $20 on something I can't play.

    Do you own those DLC's or the Season Pass on the account you're posting from? You can try downloading the content through the in-game menu on Black Ops II, but if that does not show you own the content or you can't locate the content on you purchase
    history through Microsoft Commerce, the account you're posting from may not own the content.
