    We'd be happy to help but we could also use some more information on the error you are receiving when trying to buy a backwards compatible game on the Xbox One. There are some requirements to meet before you can purchase a backwards compatible game on the
    Xbox One. I suggest reading over the article "Troubleshoot Xbox 360 Marketplace purchasing" on solutions
    when you can't purchase 360 games.
