After investigating your purchase, we see that it was named as a pre-order, which caused it to not go toward the VIP Boost offer. We will adjust your account and award the bonus star manually. You should see this change over the course of the next 1-3 days.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently working on resolving an issue with subscriptions which has caused a delay in processing MyVIP. This has caused purchases made on the last week of April to not yet be calculated for MyVIP progress. Since we
are delaying awarding payback, this missed MyVIP will not affect your payback. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience that this delay is causing. We can confirm that your two movie purchases made on April 30th have been tracked, but not yet processed for
MyVIP. Once this issue is resolved, you should see the correct progress as well as payback.

We have reviewed your progress and payback for April, and can confirm that this issue has been resolved. Note that since your Rogue One purchase completed the Rogue One offer, it did not award MyVIP payback (purchases can only be Rewarded once). We have
