    Purchase bug?


    I was looking at a particular game and was thinking about buying it but then decided not to. I pressed the B button to back out of the menu but my xbox decided I had purchased the item and charged my credit card. Then another game I was looking at decided
    to purchase itself with some of the balance I had from the MS points conversion. Is there anyway I can cancel these or get my money back?

    Random question, but I have some money left in my online balance...but only a few ££ so not enough to buy a full game etc.

    Do I have to top this up first using MS points or gift cards, or can I spend the remaining balance and just pay the difference direct from a card?

    There is no refunds for any content purchased. You can always try to call support. However I think they will say the same as us.

    I don't want a purchase refunded. I want an erroneous charge on my credit card and an erroneous use of existing money on my account reversed.

    You will still have to contact support. They are the only ones who can issue a refund if possible.
