    I've had the Xbox app for a number of months now and it has worked without issue. Today I have an issue on launch that says "This app needs an extra component. Purchase App is needed for In-App purchases." When I click install it never does anything to solve
    the problem. No installation or download occurs when viewing task manager. Waited for over an hour in-case it was just being slow. Same issue. Just before that I had an issue with the Feedback hub dependency but I was able to find that on the MS store and
    install it manually. No such app exists on the store for "Purchase App" on the other hand. Is there any way I can get an installer for this app so I can resolve this issue? I'm not against using power shell or command prompt to attempt to resolve the issue.
    I attempted to google this problem but I was unable to find any resolved cases of this issue.

    I reinstalled my app as well, this doesn't help, I tried to install that app via powershell also

    So i just tried to purchase Forza Horizon 4 and had no issues, i looked to find the app that uses this purchase function but it wasn't clear which because they all were the same name. i killed each that i thought it was but the window stayed up until i killed
    the program accidentally.

    Try a reinstall of the Beta app and let me know if it still asks for the broker app.

    Try to uninstall the app from the Microsoft store app please, if it's not on there then from the same app try to install the Xbox app

    This will depend really on the app requirements, as it mentions that you need Windows 10 version 18362 or higher

    But you can get sure about it by going on the Microsoft store app, if you don't have it you will need to install it, and then look for the Xbox app, ane in the system requirements section it will let you know if you can install it on your device

    I've been having this error for the past week, it seems my xbox app can't find the missing dependencies and when I click on install I get a popup message from the microsoft store that they've been installed but nothing changes. It reverts back to missing
    no matter how many times I "install" it. I've also noticed that my subscriptions failed to load, which is an issue I see a lot of people are having.

    I've tried switching the default save location for apps back to the drive Windows 10 is installed but that made no difference. I've tried reinstalling the xbox app but that didn't help either.

    I have no idea what to do save reinstalling Windows but that's such a headache. I've attached an image for clarification.

    Have you had any fix for this? I have the same issue, plus it won't let me log into my account under gaming account. So none of my games are there also.
