    Why is my Xbox Series X crashing on high quality Games.

    So I ended up purchasing a new Xbox. I purchased a series S for the time being. I have sold the Series X, before selling the issue still persisted. After buying a new series S the problem no longer is an issue for me. I am still looking to buy a new series X in the near future in hopes of the problem to be resolved. Thank you for you assistance.

    GTA Online Cash Cards not received in XBox One account - cannot get help from Microsoft support!

    My son made 2 purchases of cash cards in GTA on his XBox one that haven't shown on his account.

    These were purchased on 1st January and I've been trying for weeks to contact Microsoft via Live Chat/Call Back but failed every time! Each time I request a call back it just states there has been an error and to try again. It's getting beyond a joke that I can't communicate with anybody so thought I'd try posting to the community in case anyone can help. I've tried everything it advises in the self help sections.

    The first purchase was for 'GTA Online: Great White Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S)' @ £11.99 and the other for 'GTA Online: Bull Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S)' @ £5.99, not huge sums to lose I appreciate but it's the principle of paying for something that we haven't received!

    Looking at the purchase receipt, it does state that they are for series X/S but my son has an Xbox One so may be a compatibility issue.

    I'd just like to arrange for these transactions to be reversed if anyone can help point me in the right direction?

    That is definitely the issue. As far as I am aware, the shark cards for the series X/S will only work with the Series X/S version of the game.

    Series X disc drive question

    I'm pretty sure, TylerG5.

    As a console gamer, I've inserted and ejected discs hundreds of times across my Xbox consoles (Xbox 360, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, and Xbox Series X), and to this day, I've never had any issues with them.

    Constantly inserting and ejecting discs is considered normal usage for a console, so it should have no impact on the state of your console's disc drive.
