    Purchase and downloading issues.


    So i have two xboxes, one at work and one at home. The one at work is on the preview build, home is not. I purchased the elder scrolls online at work and tried to download it at home. But of course i ran into the bug where its not marked as owned on the
    current stable build for all xbox users. It is the same xbox account on both consoles. And my home xbox, despite having the preview app and being enrolled. will not update to fix this problem. Can you guys help? As microsoft support themselves have been running
    me around in circles for 2 hours.

    Alternately you could give phone support a call to see if they can adjust the license for the game for you. 1-800-469-9269 in North America

    Man, I have the exact same issue. Purchased Rocket League on my main console with the latest preview build and it wont show up on my secondary console that has my profile set to home on the last preview update. Customer support wasn't very helpful. They
    just had me power cycle everything.

    I already cleared all that data and restarted my Xbox and same issue I can't purchase online either. I called ms today and they said my account is suspended but can't tell me why

    to purchase blackops content your account country and actual country MUST match

    I suggest you try deleting your cache and your marketplace system data. That will hopefully resolve your problem.

    Cler your cache:

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    If that doesn't work, try deleting your marketplace data:

    1.On your console, go to settings, and then select System.

    2.Select Storage, and then select your primary storage device.

    3.Select System Items.

    4.Select Marketplace System Data.

    5.Select Delete.

    6.Restart your console.

    7.Try to buy or download the item again.
