Were you going to put your HDD in his console to do this? It doesn't work that way: the "first download" license is for the console, not whatever storage device is attached to it.



If you had his HDD in your console for the first download... He can most likely re-download it on your console to your HDD and the console license will work as it is designed to. (Obviously, Microsoft doesn't cover in detail how to avoid having each
user buy their own DLC.)

That is true but i i just wamt it to come through my game so i can use it.

Hello Zuriela, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your game.

First, please log in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and make sure the purchase is listed as completed in your history. Depending on when you bought it you may need to use the filters to select All purchases.

If it shows as completed please highlight the game on your dashboard and press the start button on your controller. Select Manage, then click on the picture and finally choose Select All then Save make sure the content installs properly.
