Purchase a Custom Controller in Australia?

Unfortunately Design Lab controllers do not ship to Australia at this time. So it would not be possible to purchase one.

No error codes - it is just when I go to enter the shipping address during checkout, the 'Country/Region' box is faded out and I am unable to change it away from United States.

My billing and shipping details are all up to date, with preferred address set to my Australian home.

Hello again, from what I could see you're in Australia or I'm mistaken, if it is, australia has two years warranty for the consoles.

What may be happening is a discrepancy between the date you purchased the console and the date on the system, if that's the case you'll have to contact Xbox customer service via chat so they can do the procedure for you.

IIf only US law was a strict as australia and nz law regarding consumer products. microsoft must be having fun loosing money for dishing out free replacement controllers for australian and nz customers who have had faulty controllers under what we enjoy
a longer warranty courtesy of our governments.
