    I purchased a weapon and armor upgrade pack for KOA - Reckoning and I never got it?

    That is called Fraud!

    Sure I downloaded it several times but it never loaded.

    I even had the EA tech help and it never loaded.

    Taking money without providing goods or service is called Fraud!

    Microsoft took the money and did not provide any goods or service.

    Sure it was only $4.99 , I never received the product I purchased.

    what's your loadout(s)?

    Armor Ability - Thruster Pack

    Primary Weapon - DMR

    Secondary - BR

    Grenade - Plasma

    Support Upgrade - Ammo

    Tactical Package - Firepower

    -

    This is my got to load out. I have one for Jetpack as well but never use it. I just think Pro vision and the boltshot are lame and game breaking so you will never catch me using either

    Things I'd forgotten!

    The health packs, no looking down sights with rifles (except pistol and sniper), no sprint, no reload speed increase. One can forget how spoiled we get after COD and Destiny with weapon and armor upgrades. Master Chief got it done old school!
