    I purchased 530 coins for $4.99, after buying an error popped up stating I already purchased it, but my total coins is only 329. But I was billed for the $4.99 530 coins. Why was I billed and not given the 530 coin credit? I had not purchased it prior to
    today. Please either credit the coins or refund the $4.99. Thank you

    Microsoft Bingo coin purchase problem

    I paid $4.99 for 530 coins on Microsoft Bingo tonight, it was deducted from my bank account within seconds, but I never got the coins. The upgrade to Microsoft Bingo has some bugs in it. Please fix it. I've been playing this game, and making purchases
    on it with no problems until tonight. When I contacted live support, they had me uninstall and reinstall the game, but the purchase still did not show up. The only option was to get me a refund, which will take 3-5 days. Interesting how the purchases go
    through my bank account within seconds, but a refund takes 3-5 days. Anyway, please fix the bug so that when purchases are made, you get what you are paying for.

    I don't know why I still play your Bingo. Tonight I went into Bingo and decided to buy more coins.I had about 13 coins in my balance already. When I went into to listen to the ad to get the free coins. It would not let me watch the video for the free coins so
    I tried to buy the beginning amount but it would not let me buy that amount or the next amount. I decided to go ahead and buy the next amount of 530 for $4.99. When it deposited the amount in my coin balance it only added 286 coins...it shorted my bank 286
    coins. i want to hear from someone immediately I am really getting tired of all the problems with your games. But this game won't sell me coins in the lower amounts and then cheats me out of the ones I paid cash for ! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS . I WANT MY MONEY BACK,,.Check

    So I tried purchasing it both on the website on my PC as well as the mobile website. I did notice a price difference on the PC. It was showing as 19.99 whereas when I was trying to purchase on the xbox it was 4.99 for gold members. And was still trying to

    I'm having the same issue I just purchased the starter pack for $4.99 and it keeps saying I already own it and to redeem it through the shop, but I did not recieve what I purchased, and the same exact glitch happens with an unlimited loading screen that never allows me to redeem it. I also purchased it in game. How disappointing talk about stealing $4.99 from someone. Technically that's fraud.
