After many unsuccessful attempts over a couple of years I have found a solution finally, at least to my problem/frustration. I allowed international online transactions on my debit card and it worked. Being in India I allowed only domestic transactions until now.

Hi, I figured out why transaction was not successful. Its not because of browser.

The main reason was international transaction limit of my debit card was set to 0. I increased limit and after it transaction worked.
