    Hey,

    I have already purchased 2/3 pre-ordered games for 15,000 points punchcard. The Final Fantasy XV Premium Edition and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Deluxe Edition since last week Thursday, October 20, 2016, I am still deciding on my third game pre-order to complete
    all 3. Where and when can I view my 2/3 punches on the card? Do the punches update one by one from the 2/3 purchases, or do I have to complete all 3 first to update, or do the punches only update when games releases? Right now I cannot see or find any punchcard
    updates for 15,000 points.

    Note: I pre-ordered the games through my Visa on the Xbox One Console, not from the website.

    Pre order punchcard

    Hi,

    I have pre-ordered Battlefront 2 and it does not seem to have tracked on the punchcard. I have ordered 3 of the games from the list and the punchcard is only on 2.

    Preorder Punchcard not rewarding points.

    I preordered 3 titles from the preorder punchcard. They all show preordered and delivered and yet I have not received my points.

    Titles pre-ordered :

    Titanfall 2

    Dishonored 2

    Dead Rising 4

    All delivered all over 96 hours old and still no points, what happened?

    Purchases require up to 96 hours to be processed. You should see a punch for your purchases sometime in the next 24 hours or so when our system receives your purchase information and Rewards it with a Games on Demand punch.

    Hello Goomba Assassin,

    It takes us up to 96 hours to process purchase information. Since you purchased your pre-order yesterday, it is too early for us to see this transaction. If you purchased this title as a pre-order, it should show up as a punch on your Games on Demand punchcard.
    Keep in mind that the punchcard is the 1 -2 - 3 counter at the top of the page.

    Hi MUDGATTOR. For the current Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, we see that you pre-ordered Assassin's Creed Origins. This punchcard began October 1. For the past Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, you pre-ordered Shadow of War and
    Agents of Mayhem. This punchcard ran from July 1 to September 30. Since you only had two of the three punches, you did not complete the offer. To complete the current punchcard, you'll need to purchase 2 more qualifying titles.

    Hi trumpash. Your purchase of WWE2K18 was not considered a pre-order since you purchased it on release day so our system did not apply it to the punchcard, but it was still labeled as a pre-order in the title, so that is confusing. We are making some adjustments
    and you'll see the update in about 96 hours. Thanks for your patience.

    Hi DullerKnot. Your Destiny 2 pre-order went towards the Games on Demand punchcard. Since the mission wasn't completed (pre-order 3 qualifying titles), you were not awarded Credits. MyVIP Payback for your other purchases were awarded to your account. You
    can see them via your MyStatement.
