The "You pre-ordered" tracking is just a visual reminder of your purchases. Your actual punches are displayed at the top of that page. You only received one punch for your pre-order of Dragon Ball. Only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible
for this offer.

There is currently a visual bug where only standard purchases of games are being marked, which is why you do not see a notification for your Dragon Ball Deluxe Edition purchase. We are working on correcting this issue, but it does not affect Rewarding in
any way. The punch tracker is the only part that Rewards Credits, and is working as expected. Apologies for the confusion.

It takes us up to 96 hours to process purchase information. Since you purchased your pre-order yesterday, it is too early for us to see this transaction. If you purchased this title as a pre-order, it should show up as a punch on your Games on Demand punchcard.
Keep in mind that the punchcard is the 1 -2 - 3 counter at the top of the page.

bought 8 arcade games on 2 April, but the punchcard for 4 games bought is only showing 2. whats the deal?

1) It takes more than 3 minutes for a reply

2) Mistress Sara is correct about which forum to use - obviously

3) The info at Xbox Rewards says it could take a couple days to show up on your punchcard, but given that it will be a few days before they process the rewards - and the likelihood of the punchcard being for your benefit and not theirs - I believe you will
be fine as long as you meet the criteria before the end of the day.
