Punchcard reward (15 000 credits) not granted

During a previous Punchcard Game on Demand promotion there was 15 000 credits offered if we preordered Assassin's Creed, COD WWII and Wolfenstein.

I preordered on the MS Store these three game between october 25 and 30 (AC Origins & Wolfenstein 10/25 / COD 10/30) but the indicator got stuck at 2 preorder, falling short on the reward.

What can I do to receive the credits ?

It was ordered on the French store

About "Throwback Thursday Rewards"

Hello.

I ask you about "Throwback Thursday Rewards".

It have punched 1 of 4 "Bonus Reward punchcard" in the page "MyMissions", Should it punch 2 of 4?

It shows "Pending Credits" in the page "MyRewards";

07/12/17 - Throwback Thursday Rewards - July Week 2 (1,000 Rewards Credits) - 1,000 Credits

06/15/17 - Throwback Thursday Rewards - June Week 3 (1,500 Rewards Credits) - 1,500 Credits

Missing rewards points for preorders

Hello.

I made a post previously, but it appears to have not gone through.

I am missing 15 000 rewards points and a $10 Microsoft Store code set to come with my preorder of Watch_Dogs2.

It is well past the scheduled arrival dates of said rewards.

Three offers were affected by this particular preorder - Annual preorders, Watch_Dogs2 Preorder event, and the code through email for MicrosoftStore. I only received the WD2 Preorder Event 15 000 credits, the annual 15 000 per preorder and MSS code never arrived.

Keep in mind that in order to qualify for the punchcard, the games have to be purchased within the first 30 days of being available for purchase. Quantum Break had to be purchased by March 12 and Overwatch by April 13 in order to qualify for the punchcard
that ended on April 15. Neither would be eligible for the current punchcard. Otherwise, there were no other offers to receive credits for preordering those games digitally.

Since that offer is a punchcard offer, you don't receive credits for each purchase. You only receive the credits if you complete the entire offer. In order to qualify, the games have to be purchased during the promotional period, which began on January 15,
and purchased within the first 30 days of being available for purchase. So none of those games are eligible.

Hi there; This sounds like a question for the Xbox LIVE Rewards support forum, found

here. I do know that there were no rewards given out in August, and if you bought your gold subscription some other time, keep in mind that the rewards don't get credited until the current subscription ends and the new one starts. As for the achievements,
Rewards checks your eligibility once or twice a month and then give you the credit for it at the end of the month. If I remember correctly, the movies, if they qualify, get credited to the punchcard and you must complete the punchcard for the reward, which
you'll get after the punchcard time period ends.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. There were no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game digitally. It would have counted towards your Games on Demand punchcard and you would need to
purchase 2 other eligible games in order to complete that offer and receive the credits.

Otherwise, you would only receive credits if you preordered a physical disc from microsoftstore.com (and live in the US). Those credits would show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped.
