    Punchcard Problem


    I preordered 3 games Call of Duty IW, Final Fantasy XV, and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 digitally. Call of Duty IW and Final Fantasy XV both have you preordered underneath them and Xenoverse 2 doesn't. Also my punchcard shows that #1 is the only number highlighted
    green. I also preordered Naruto Storm 4 as well. The preorder digitally punchcard was January-December and now it's October- December. Can you fix this problem ?

    Punchcard awards are going to be sent by May 30. For future reference, please post here for help with the Rewards program -Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    If you filled out both cards then the code for the one month of gold should have been included in your email with the avatar item. Both codes would have been printed in the same area.

    You could try resetting your console. But mostly these punchcards unlock 24 hours later but sometimes they can even take up to 72 hours. Some people are experiencing problems with the gears of war 5 punchcard. So its not just the resident evil 3 punchcard.
