Punchcard pre-order

Discus and support Punchcard pre-order in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves less than a week ago (digital) and I have yet to get my punch.     I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves less than a week ago (digital) and I have yet to get my punch. Can this be fixed?

    Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

    What counts toward VIP star ranking?

    I pre-ordered a game and it counted toward the pre-order punchcard. Will this pre-order amount also count toward the total for obtaining a VIP star rank? If not, can the allocation of that pre-order amount be altered so it goes toward the VIP star rank
    instead of the punchcard?

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum so support can check into it for you. Keep in mind it should take about 96 hours for the punch to show as pending.

    Did you pre-order before the punchcard was available? If so, the purchase wouldn't count towards the punchcard.

    If you pre-ordered before the punchcard, it won't count. The purchase only counts after you activate the punchcard.

    problem getting the Microsoft rewards points for STRANGER OF PARADISE FINAL FANTASY ORIGIN , its only showing green as activate punch card, not getting the +6000 points to my account.

    Check the dates on the punchcard. If you pre-ordered before the punchcard became available, it would not be eligible. If you pre-ordered after, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the rewards site.

    Agents of Mayhem. This punchcard ran from July 1 to September 30. Since you only had two of the three punches, you did not complete the offer. To complete the current punchcard, you'll need to purchase 2 more qualifying titles.
