    Punchcard Not Showing Second Pre-Order


    I pre-ordered Titanfall 2 on October 13 and Skyrim: Special Edition on October 23, but only one notch is showing on my punchcard. On the list of games at [rewards.xbox.com/gamesondemand/] it shows that
    I pre-ordered both.

    Also, I would like to pre-order Dishonored 2, but I when I follow the link from the Rewards Pre-Order page the pre-order button on Dishonored 2 is greyed out and won't let you click. Is the Dishonored 2: Limited Edition eligible for the pre-order rewards
    deal?

    I pre-ordered Mass Effect: Andromeda but it is not showing up on the Pre-order Punchcard. I have looked at the FAQ and it should qualify for this offer. Thanks

    It looks like your purchase of Titanfall 2 triggered the first time purchase offer. Since we usually can only Reward a purchase once, this caused the punch awarding for Games on Demand to fail. Apologies for the inconvenience. I will manually adjust your
    punchcard for an additional punch.

    Unfortunately, I cannot give a fully informed response on why the purchase button is currently unavailable. However, it looks like the normal Dishonored 2 has been discontinued and replaced with the limited edition. Luckily, I can confirm that the Limited
    Edition is on the eligibility list for Games on Demand, and is available for that offer.

    Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

    It takes us up to 96 hours to process purchase information. Since you purchased your pre-order yesterday, it is too early for us to see this transaction. If you purchased this title as a pre-order, it should show up as a punch on your Games on Demand punchcard.
    Keep in mind that the punchcard is the 1 -2 - 3 counter at the top of the page.

    Did you pre-order before the punchcard was available? If so, the purchase wouldn't count towards the punchcard.

    If you pre-ordered before the punchcard, it won't count. The purchase only counts after you activate the punchcard.
