    Punchcard not showing as complete


    I recently completed the preorder promotion for 15000 reward credits, but on my punchcard it is only showing that I've made 2 preorders when I have made all 3. Resident evil, halo wars 2 and For Honor are the titles I've preordered

    Pre-Order Punchcard not showing my 3 Pre-Oders

    I have Pre-Ordered Shadow of War, South Park The Fractured But Whole and Assassin's Creed Origins but Punchcard is only showing 2 of the 3. Was wondering why the Punchcard isn't complete?

    Spring Savings Punch Card

    Sometimes punchcards can take 24 hours or more to register. If your purchase completed and in the store it says you own the game and the purchase shows up in your order history then it is being tracked by the punchcard. Some people are having trouble
    with the gears of war 5 and resident evil 3 punchcards as well.

    The preorder should show as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible games to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    The purchase should show as punch in the Games on Demand punchcard offer. You won't receive credits unless you purchase 2 other eligible games and complete that offer.

    We do not remove punches from your punchcard. That is a completely valid punch, and a third punch from another pre-order will complete the punchcard.
