    The pre order punchcard from last year , i purchased at least 5 games from the punch card and never received my reward credits

    punch card reward?

    Nope I haven't yet. It could take up to the end of May before we get any rewards from last months punchcards.

    missing rewards points

    at some point last year i earned Xbox rewards points via punchcard offers equaling out to 29,300 points all together ive tried contacting support and they sent me here can this be fixed or should i never preorder a game again?

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check your account. Keep in mind that if any of the games were preordered before the offer began, they would not qualify.

    State of Decay 2: Plague Territory Punch Card

    You aren't the only one suffering with this punchcard from what I've seen on this forum. Punchcards have been very hit and miss for the last few months..some of mine have worked others haven't. Best bet is to contact Rewards support to see if they will manually credit it

    This punchcard, as with many for the last few months, has been problematic for some. SOmetimes punchcards will update after a few days, sometimes they won't at all and you'll need to contact rewards Support about it to see if they will manually credit you
