Punchcard for preorders

Discus and support Punchcard for preorders in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I preordered a couple games last Tuesday on the punchcard list, Dead Rising 4 and Resident Evil 7, but It still hasn't shown that I have preordered...     Punchcard for preorders


    I preordered a couple games last Tuesday on the punchcard list, Dead Rising 4 and Resident Evil 7, but It still hasn't shown that I have preordered them yet. I want to make sure I'll still receive the points for them.

    pre ordered call of duty ww2 didnt get any points for it

    Preorders do not count towards VIP. So the only way to receive credits for that purchase is by completing the punchcard.

    Preorders not counting for my punchcard

    I was told by the twitter team to post here to get my preorder punchcard corrected. I had made preorders for RE7 and a few other games and they didn't count towards my punchcard and I didn't receive the reward points for it. (This was the last punchcard
    not the current one).

    Punch Card Question for New VIP System

    VIP and the punchcard are two separate then. In order to qualify for the punchcard, the games have to be preordered during the offer period. Anything preordered before October 1 would not be eligible.

    In order to qualify for the games on demand punchcard, the games had to be preordered on or after October 1. Since they were preordered before the offer began, they were not eligible.

    Pre-order punch card/mission

    In order to qualify for the punchcard, the games have to be preordered during the offer period which started on January 1. Since you preordered it in December, it would not count.

    My rewards aren't adding up. Customer Service said post here.

    Support will stick check on your credits, but yes, the games you preordered for the punchcard would only count towards that punchcard. You can only receive credits for purchase once. They can't qualify for multiple offers. Preorders don't count towards VIP
    at all so you would not have gotten the 10% back on those anyway. So you would not have receive credits for those purchases without the punchcard actually.
