    Punch cards not redeeming


    I have completed both the cyberpunk and the R6 siege credits punch card yet i am not recieving the 7500 points i should be getting.. i cannot do a support ticket as it keeps telling me error. This has been going on over a week now and it is really irritating
    me that i spend my money to be sammed out by a company i have used for years... Please do not tell me these are next gen only because it is not advertised as this. I was told on the phone last week it would be solved withing a week i have recieved an email
    this week telling me to get a support ticket after i told him the webpage would not let me .. This is not the help i was told i would recieve!! At this rate it is Fraud/false advertisement!!

    Achievements Unlocked, but no Rewards Points

    Even in the 10,000 offer they give you zero points. Scammers 👎

    The punch card disappears and can never be redeemed

    Did you click "Activate Punch Card" prior to purchasing? If not, you won't be able to redeem the points. There is a disclaimer on the screen "Preorders and prior purchases do not count towards completion of this offer".

    Please clarify if you are referring to the gamerscore, or bing/Microsoft rewards points.

    gamerscore is earned by unlocking achievments in games, and can not be redeemed for anything, it is purely a representational figure

    bing/Microsoft rewards points are earned by searching on bing, doing quizes, completing punch cards, etc and can be redeemed for a range of things: https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/

    Rewards: Outer Worlds DLC points not with Season Pass?

    I bought the expansion pass via the punch card after it was live and it hasn't counted that either. I'm also hearing issues where the individual DLC was purchased and the punch card isn't updating either.
    Same here - I can't get it to complete the punch card.

    Any ideas Microsoft?
