Punch card messed up

Hello,

I pre ordered For Honor on the 13th February when I got paid because I knew it was coming out on the 14th February, but on my punch card it does not say pre-ordered it says released even though it not?

I did the punch card rewards for 15,000 which ended on da 31 of dec 2016. I bought resident evil 7 on dec 31st 2016 but it says I didn't. so I was making sure I got the 15,000 with da 3 games I bought. is there anyway u could tell me?

Regarding your VIP status, that button is just a prompt to go to the VIP page to opt in to those offers. For non-VIP members, they would see a button on that page to opt in to that promotion. However, since you have already opted in, that button does not
appear, since you are already in the program.

The program runs off UTC so you will want to check the time you purchased to see if it was 0:00 UTC. If it was, then it was in-fact released and that purchase would go toward your MyVip rebate/progress.

A staff member will review to let you know for sure. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

isn't UTC the same as GMT? I bought I about 1pm GMT time today 13th but it's not out until tomorrow 14th.

The body of the Games on Demand page is not your punch card. Your punch card is the 1 - 2 - 3 at the top of the page. The body of the page is just to show you what games you have left for purchase. Since the game is very near to being released, that title
has been marked as released. If you have purchased your copy as a pre-order, it will appear as a punch at the top of the page. Keep in mind that it takes up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new information, so that purchase has not yet been processed.

Having some of your items register on punch cards and others not showing up is normal. I bought three games in a row for a summer deals punch card. Two insantly registered but five days later the third game went through. You should always give the rewards app at least three days to see if it will update punch cards. After a week then you should contact support. Also remember that you can buy or rent any movies with the movie and tv punch card but each movie has to be more than $4.

It would be nice if they included pre-orders. At least lately, they moved up the dates for punch cards.
