    I purchased Titanfall 2 on Oct 28th (the release date) and I believe this purchase was incorrectly applied to the 'Punch it up with digital pre-orders' punch card. I would like the My VIP rewards this purchase should have entitled me to. This is happened
    to me in the past and sometimes I've been requested to wait until the punch card expires before I should expect to get my rewards credits. I find that resolution to be unacceptable. With Xmas coming up, I would very much like to have access to those credits,

    After investigating why this occurred, we have determined an issue with the Games on Demand offer that we have brought up with our platform team. In the meanwhile, we will adjust your account to reflect this purchase. The Credits will be listed as an additional
    payback event from last month. You should see them pending by the end of next week!

    I bought the expansion pass via the punch card after it was live and it hasn't counted that either. I'm also hearing issues where the individual DLC was purchased and the punch card isn't updating either.
    Same here - I can't get it to complete the punch card.

    Any ideas Microsoft?

    Does it say what the punch card was for and if so had you completed the task?

    If not you may have been sent the email in error or have an address similar to another user.

    You would need to contact Rewards support and ask them to look into it and hope they manually credit you. A lot of people have been having issues with this punch card....generally punch cards are very hit and miss as to whether they track

    I am presuming that you clicked the punch card first before making the purchases?
