    Pumpkin Jack Broken


    Since the update they did on Oct 27th to support Series x the game no longer launches, are the DEVS going to fix this?

    Anyone have any updates on if they are even aware they broke this game!!!

    Its almost Halloween and they broke a true Halloween game right before Halloween!!

    Pumpkin Jack Broken

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Please follow these steps.

    1. Power cycle your console.

    Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable, wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds, this step resets the power supply. 

    Plug the console power cable back in, turn on your Xbox.

    2. If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>

    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    ***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

    3. If the problem persists, please reinstall the game. If none of these steps work, I'm afraid it's necessary to contact the game's developer.

    I did this today, didn't work. Tried with a regular pumpkin and a Jack-O-Lantern. Neither worked.
