Pucrchased Xbox gold for Halo Req packs but never got them....

After buying a promotion, I never received the needed code to get Halo 5 REQ packs.. I've called numerous times. Sometimes they know what im talking about, other times they don't. Recently I was told to post on these forums for help.
So here goes, has anyone else ran into this issue. Ive been waiting months now for my code.

For your future reference, here are the Terms & Conditions of the promotion:

"Offer valid only on Xbox One for the targeted Xbox Live account holder seeing this. Limit one (1) promotional code per account. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer. This offer ends on 8/15/2017 or while supplies last,

Halo 5 req pack microtransactions error

I bought a $20 req pack and I got an error message and never got any of the gold req packs that I bought. What should I do?

Halo 5 Premium Requisition packs Price?

IIRC the 14 REQ packs are not standard REQ packs. I think they're supposed to have a better chance of giving out high end cards, armour and such over the Gold ones, because they are calling them Premium REQ Packs.

Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?

WARZONE REQ BUNDLE

The Warzone REQ Bundle provides players with 2 Premium REQ Packs a week for a total of 7 weeks. Premium REQ Packs provide players with the most number of REQs, with the best chance of acquiring Ultra-Rare, Legendary, and Mythic REQs. Players are guaranteed
at least three new permanent REQs in each Premium REQ Pack, if available.

You can unlock it in the general REQ pack pool by opening Gold REQ packs.

Halo Guardians req packs aren't pay to win,mainly because you can earn them by just playing.

Can you win with req packs ? Yes,but you can loose too.A good team will always make the difference,there is also a stategy part by using a req.Halo Guardians is quite well balance.
