PUBG Promo from February - Missing game

Hi. I purchased an Xbox One X back on February 22 from Dell Canada. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to open the system until last week due to renovations at my place. During February, there was a promotion going on where every Xbox One X purchase would come
with a copy of PUBG. I had expected to get this with my Xbox One X (either as a coupon code or automatically if Dell registered the sale), but it doesn't look like I have it.

I contacted Dell, and they indicated that they can't help me because it's a Microsoft promotion (plus, their support is outsourced to India and they're not very useful at all).

Calling Microsoft Xbox support, they told me to post on the forum to ask if you can help me out.

I have the invoice readily available, is there anything you can do to get me a copy of PUBG?

Did not Receive 800 Points

The promotion was when Xbox Live Rewards first started. It was the 800 Point Sign-up promo from February. I joined February 5th.

 

XBox One X Bundle

On February 18 they started selling a bundle with PUBG. Other than that, it would depend on the retailer you're looking to purchase from.

 

Unfortunately you would have to continue working with Dell about the promotion since the game would have had to come through them. Not all retailers took part in the promotion so they may not have been participating. Generally with most retailers you had
to add the game to the purchase and it would have been discounted to free.

 

Actually, I was told by dell (and Xbox phone and chat support) it was a Microsoft promotion, and that the game came as a code on a card (rather than something to be added to the cart). I was told by Xbox phone support to specifically ask for this code on
the forum. Do you work at Microsoft?
