    Pubg problem


    Yesterday I got an Xbox one, pubg & a card for a 3 month subscription to Xbox live gold. I set up the Xbox, downloaded pubg & entered the code for the gold subscription.

    When I try to play pubg it gets to the first screen where it says to push "A" when I push A it redirects me to a screen to purchase an Xbox live gold subscription.

    When I check my subscription in settings it says it's good until 5/1/18

    I have restarted, unplugged the Xbox which didn't work. I Uninstalled my gamer tag, signed out & signed back in. I've Uninstalled the game & reinstalled it. None of which fixed this problem.

    I also downloaded zombi, I have no problems with that game.

    PUBG BUGS/CRASHING

    PUBG on Both PS and Xbox are struggling being ported over to consoles. It not a you problem or Microsoft problem. The developers of PUBG have not done much to fix anything. I wan t give you a happy answer but...there isn't sadly.

    you can try to uninstall PUBG and the xbox application and reinstall them to see if that is your problem
