PUBG not received with Xbox One X

I ordered the Xbox One X with Player Unknown's Battleground included. I already purchased the game on release day. I wanted the download code since I already have the game and I was supposed to get a copy with my purchase. I was offered to have the game
downloaded to my console, but I already have the game.

No mixpot or pubg

I bought an Xbox one x during promotional period and did not get my pubg code. Nor have I received my mixpot yet.. help.

Xbox one x pubg bundle

Does anyone from Microsoft or the Xbox community know if there will be another release of the Xbox one X PUBG bundle? It came with the Xbox one x pubg and an extra controller, at least through Best Buy that’s what the bundle was.

If I follow what you are saying, then I can tell you that to receive the PUBG with your Xbox One X console purchase, you must have purchased the bundle that included the game itself. Anyone who purchased the X console without the PUBG game bundle will not
receive the game.

While PUBG plays well on any of the Xbox One family, the Xbox One X is the best way to play. The extra processing power help bring the games to life. While you are asking about PUBG this is true for all Xbox One games.
