PUBG Not Included In New Purchase?

I just purchased an xbox one x tonight (12/29) from Target, before doing so I saw on Microsoft and Targets website it includes the PUBG game. None of the Xboxes on the shelf indicated if it came with the game though and there is nothing in the console box
to redeem. Is the promotion only on specially marked consoles or what?

If I follow what you are saying, then I can tell you that to receive the PUBG with your Xbox One X console purchase, you must have purchased the bundle that included the game itself. Anyone who purchased the X console without the PUBG game bundle will not
receive the game.

PUBG & Kinect

Same here! Kinect is in the main large living area and getting replaced with the X, but now can't use the kinect! In addition like the author, I thought PUBg was included (purchased from Costco) so I expected all easy transition. Now the daughter is angry
that she cant play her games and my son is disappointed that he cant play pubg. Should I return and buy an older system?

 

You have to purchase the game along with the console and it will be marked down as free.

 

Would of been nice had the employee working told me about that. Thanks for the answer though.
