PUBG can not be downloaded

Discus and support PUBG can not be downloaded in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought the game in the microsoft store with pre-order to play on Xbox One but it does not appear in my account and in the description of the web did...     PUBG can not be downloaded


    I bought the game in the microsoft store with pre-order to play on Xbox One but it does not appear in my account and in the description of the web did not specify that I had to wait to receive a code by mail.

    If I enter the Xbox One store it appears that I can buy it but not download it.

    Am I going to be the last to play by buying the game before its sale? Yes.

    PUBG doesn't recognize new GOLD memb

    I just purchased a new Xbone tonight.Bought a 12mo Gold membership. Purchased a code for PUBG at GameStop.Setup membership, used PUBG code and downloaded it.Tried to access but doesn't recognize that I have a GOLD account.New Xbox please help me!!

    Headset not working

    Same issue here. Only partial game audio comes through...usually only my surroundings not myself. In PUBG I can hear others walking, faintly, but not myself. Same when driving a car in PUBG

    Actually the purchase from the Microsoft Store was for a digital code to be sent to you.

    You can download Fortnite for free, but I believe it does require an Xbox Live Gold membership, like other online games such as PUBG, Destiny 2, and Halo 5.
