PUBG 3-Month Xbox live promotion

I recently purchased a 3 month Xbox live Gold subscription, and it was advertised as also comming with a “token” for downloadable content for Pubg. But I never received the downloadable content token. Ive contacted Walmart (who i bought it from),
ive contacted Pubg (by email) and was reassured to contact Microsoft being that you guys are the retailer. Ive contacted customer support by chat and phone. And was told to make a post. any help?

Also no Promotion Token received

I also ordered 3 Months Xbox Live via Console with the Order ID 8338156688 on 15. January and did not received the Token from the PUBG Promotion.

 

Never received free 3 month Xbox Live Gold code from PUBG promotion

I contacted Xbox Live support and was advised to post on this forum. On 1/22/18, I purchased a 3 month Xbox Live Gold Pass for $14.99. This was during the PUBG promotion where I was supposed to received a free code for 3 months of Xbox Live Gold. According
to the terms and conditions, the code should have been received by 3/15/18. As of today, 3/17/18, I have not received the code.

I purchased the 3 month Xbox Live Gold Pass via this website on 1/22/18:

I did receive the code for Three Months of Xbox Live but the pubG token for the downloadable content I still haven’t received.

Walmart website:Xbox Live 3 Month Gold Membership and $10 of Xbox Currency Token Code will arrive separately. Bonus token code will be sent to the email address provided starting October 15th. Promotion ends on October 13th.

That is a new promotion.

The one I bought was advertised to have a “DLC token”.

So I got the code for the xbox live subscription, but NOT the “dlc token”.

It was noted that the codes for the “dlc” would be sent out Oct 3rd.

 

This is was a promotion for the “xbox g-set” for PubG

Thank you. That does reassure me. I was starting to feel like I was waiting for nothing. I do hope the email comes in because everytime I spoke to someone they seemed pretty confused to what I was referring to.
