PSN Linked with Microsoft unknown account

My PSN was linked to someone's Microsoft account without my knowledge, through Minecraft I think, and when I asked them to unlink it and remove it so I can link it to my actual Microsoft account they said that it's impossible and that it's permanent. I think that's a stupid way to do things, anyone have any advice?

I think the only option left for you is to reach out to PS support to see if they have any further solutions!

You will need to remember the information to access the account on your playstation

If you logged with that email the first time you wont have issues now to log in, the email domain won't be a problem, as the account it's from Microsoft even if you used an email from a different server

If the problem is that you can't verify the account then you need to contact the email domain owner/support

And now the problem is that this email address isn’t seeming to be recognised as an apple ID and i can’t access my emails to look at the code it gives me.
