Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. If you do not know the email of the linked Microsoft account, I'm afraid it may be hard to recover since even Xbox support can’t provide this info.

Do you know the gamertag of the Microsoft account linked to your PSN account? If you do, you can try to find the Microsoft account using that info. Go to xbox.com and try signing in with all your existing emails. If you can sign in, the email address and password you entered are valid. The gamertag that’s associated with the email address will be displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen. Please try to check if it's the same as the one that you use for Minecraft on your PlayStation.

Okay that must be the problem then, thanks for the help and the immediate responses it’s appreciated.

If you logged with that email the first time you wont have issues now to log in, the email domain won't be a problem, as the account it's from Microsoft even if you used an email from a different server

If the problem is that you can't verify the account then you need to contact the email domain owner/support

And now the problem is that this email address isn’t seeming to be recognised as an apple ID and i can’t access my emails to look at the code it gives me.
