PSN Account Already Linked to Microsoft

When I try to log into my Microsoft Account on my PS4 to play Minecraft with friends, it says that my PSN account is already linked to another Microsoft Account and it tells me to log in with that account. Based on what Microsoft's run down on it, it should say the account that it is previously linked to. But here is the kicker, it doesn't. I says nowhere on my screen what Microsoft Account I've already used on this PSN account and it's annoying me a lot. I've been in touch with Mojang and Sony and they both told me to come to one another for information on this; and they are sending me around in a giant circle so I'm putting it here to see if anyone has had this issue and has thus resolved it. The image attached to it is the problem I am getting.

Annie, following your report, as the error is in the linked account, Sony will not be able to help you either.

Neither Sony nor Microsoft has access to the linking system, as the system is owned by the game's developer, in this case Mojang.

This in all games, such as fortnite, EA games, UBISOFT, no platform has access to this link system, all are the responsibility of the developer.

So only mojang can manage this link, try to explain it in a very detailed way, asking them to manage this account link.

The message that your Microsoft account is already linked to your PS5 indicates that a Microsoft account has already been associated with your PlayStation Network (PSN) ID and cannot be linked again. This is because you can only link one Microsoft account to one PSN account at a time.

You cannot see on the Microsoft website if you linked your PSN account to it or not.

Have you ever played Minecraft on your or a friend's Playstation?

Or maybe have a friend ever played Minecraft on your Playstation?

I ask because maybe your Microsoft account is not linked to any PSN account, but the PSN account on your PS5 is already linked to other Microsoft account - which makes it impossible for you to sign in and link your current Microsoft account to it.

The solution is to link your PSN ID to another Microsoft account, because the
The Microsoft account you are trying to use is already linked to another PSN ID.
Each Microsoft account can only be linked to one PSN ID and vice versa.

Note: If a Microsoft account is linked to a PlayStation account, neither the
Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be linked to other
accounts.

This message appears when you have already linked an account to that PSN account or to the Microsoft account that you are currently trying to link, each PSN and Microsoft accounts can only be linked once, you won't be able to use them with a different account than the one you linked first
