ps4 says “failed to download” but doesn’t give a reason.

My son recently purchased some coins so he could buy some add ons in the Minecraft store. When he goes to download a pack once it gets to download 2 of 2 it says “ failed to download” but doesn’t give a reason. There is plenty of room on the ps4. Any help would be appreciated.

Kindly try to perform the following workarounds on your PS4 console:

1. Restore your licenses on your console, Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses. Select Restore.

2. Rebuild your database - turn on your console in Safe Mode and select option 5 Rebuild Database to create a new database of all content. (Nothing to worry, this will not delete your games and saved progress)

It says it’s supposed to work that way, and with a CD, but evidently it doesn’t.

I’ve hooked it to the network via ethernet, and the same happens. Tries to download, fails immediately with status code:

4476-0000-0080-8007-0570

Thanks for reply!! But sadly...

I already tried those solution before, but it’s doesn’t work for me.

I have been try to below ways to fix it, but all failed

1. uninstall and install Minecraft again.

2. Drop all Minecraft data from PS4, and login again...

3. Clear all data and download again, still login failed.

Any idea can help me login success to play Minecraft :-(

I have an automatically renewing subscription, I just paid for the next month a few weeks ago. I’ve had game pass for over a year, and it has never worked. In all games on game pass, it doesn’t let me join or even host an online game. It always just fails, and gives no reason why.
