ps4 minecraft login problems

When I went to log in to my Microsoft account on ps4 it says "failed to log in". The last time I was on Minecraft I was logged in and I've tried everything from changing my password to restarting my PlayStation, does anyone know how to fix this?

I've already tried that and it sadly didn't work. Thanks for the suggestion though.

What files do you have to delete?

After lots and lots of research and seeing multiple people say deleting some save files will fix it, I got desperate and tried it. It worked!! But you have to do it every time you start the app.

I'm by no means an 3xpert with playstation but if it was me then next I would do the usual restart router and also i would remove my account from the console, do a full restart of the console (again) and then add the account back to the console and see
if that makes any difference

You couldn't log in until fairly recently when Playstation got the bedrock update, but yes I'm pretty sure it is the same version.
