ps4 link broken

Discus and support ps4 link broken in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; So basicly my Microsoft account is linked to a PSN account i dont have acces to. so i cant unlink it. what do i do?     So basicly my Microsoft account is linked to a PSN account i dont have acces to. so i cant unlink it. what do i do?

    At least i think thats it. the problem is that i went back to my old PSN account and it wasnt linked either. So i really have no idea whats going on. I just get hit with an error message saying my microstoft account is already linked with my PNS account

    Just a friendly reminder though that according to Mojang "Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation:tm: Network account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation:tm: Network account can be associated with a different account."

    I sent my broken Xbox One that has never worked properly for the entire year that I have owned it, and they sent it back broken with this issue.

    Hi AstroSR, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    According to Mojang: "WARNING: Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation 4:tm: account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation:tm: Network account can be associated with a different account.

    If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation 4:tm: accounts can only be re-linked to the original account. "

    Your friend may need to check available options on Mojang's end.
