Salve di recente ho tentato di accedere in tutti i modi al mio account Microsoft da ps4 ma non funziona, e si ho inserito il codice, sono andato nelle impostazion8 della schermata iniziale,poi sono andato nella sezione profile e ho cliccato esegui l'accesso
gratuitamente poi ho confermato ma niente.

P.s il cross platform era abilitato mentre provavo e ho anche provato senza.

P.P.s sono da Ps4 ma ho dovuto mettere per forza come dispositivo Xbox

the home screen, then I went to the profile section and I clicked log in for free
then I confirmed but nothing.

P.s the cross platform was enabled while I tried and I also tried without.

P.P.s are from Ps4 but I had to put it as an Xbox device]

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to log into your Microsoft account on the PS4 platform.

In this scenario, certain individuals have found favorable results upon signing in to their Microsoft account that they created on the Console Companion
app for mobile devices. This then prompts you to create a Gamertag if you haven't already, and once that is complete, you should be able to sign in to your account on your PS4.

So as i understand you lost access to your old ps4 account?

that old ps4 account contains the game minecraft?
