    Hello! We purchased the Incredibles pack on PS4 in the store, but there was no account on Minecraft logged in. My Uncle made an account on Minecraft and synced it. The product is not in his owned content. How to do we load his purchased content? We have to order number and confirmation from the purchase! Please help!

    First of all, since you are on a PS, you may need to reach out to them since PS store and Xbox store are two different/separate store platforms.

    Since you purchase it through PS store, they can validate or confirm your purchase in that case.

    I purchased at 10/15/2015 in XBOX OFFICIAL store and download with digital edition not disc. Before 10/27/2015. The store showed me "purchased" status at 10/26/2015.

    are you using the Microsoft store to purchase minecraft? other times it will just show up under your purchase history if you have gotten it from a code that was redeemed.

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders     if Minecraft shows up in your purchases there?

    If it is in your purchase history, you should be able to open the store, go to the three button menu of the store in the upper right corner, and then install Minecraft from your library there.
