I’ll do my best to answer your question regarding game transfer between accounts, and guide you on what you can do.

Make sure to make the transfer before deleting your account.

While it’s not possible to directly transfer purchases between accounts, you can transfer the licenses.

You can also setup your console as your home xbox, so you can use and access your purchased games from any profile. - Although once you delete your account this will no longer work.

If you’re not able to do either of these, you can request a refund, for the game, then purchase the game with the account you wish to use.

If you are asking for games from Xbox Beta App or UWP apps from the Microsoft Store, you cannot have the same game installed in more than one directory. And as the games are protected with DRM, you cannot move them by copy pasting either.
