Proof ALL EDITIONS OF GEARS OF WAR 4 GET PREORDER DLC... now issue me with my code.

Instead of you guys trying to make excuses it is clearly stated that all editions get preorder DLC.

this is stated on your website and here is the proof... already screen shot it and date stamped it so no changing.

No where does it state "participating retailers only" So please issue me with my code as you are falsly advertising the product as I preordered and have proof of preorder and purchase as well as MS admitting this was an mess up there end and they will give
me my DLC THAT ALL EDITIONS OF THE PREORDER BOTH RETAIL AND DIGITAL GET BROTHERS TO THE END AND VINTAGE DLC.

Now please sort this as you do not have a leg to stand on as your marketing materials, tweets and own website state that all editions of preorder both digital and retail get it.

i didn't get codes for earlier gears game when i preorder gow 4 ultimate edition

 

Never received 15000 points for preorder

I ordered gears of war 4 ultimate edition preorder and never received my 15000 points

 

ALSO HAVE PROOF THAT MICROSOFT DID NOT SUPPLY SIMPLY GAMES WITH THE PREORDER CODES THEREFORE THE STANDARD ITS DOWN TO YOUR RETAILER DOES NOT COUNT AND MS ADMITTED THIS IN SUPPORT THREAD.

SO IT IS INFACT A MICROSOFT ISSUE AS YOU ARE FALSLY ADVERTISING A PRODUCT THAT YOU NOW ARE TRYING TO STATE DOES NOT COME WITH THE GAME.

THIS IS A VIOLATION OF TRADING STANDARDS AND I HAVE PROOF IN EMAIL OF SUPPORT FROM MS AND TRANSCRIPT AS WELL AS EMAIL FROM SIMPLY GAMES THAT MS DID NOT SUPPLY THEM WITH PREORDER DLC THEREFORE IT CANNOT BE AN ISSUE THEIR SIDE WHICH MS ADMITTED TO.
