Promotions team contact?

Hi guys

Ive been informed by support that I need to post in here to contact one of the promotions team about an issue I've got. Where would I go about doing that?

It's not the rewards team as they've sent me to customer support, and customer support have directed me back here...

Problem is when you get promoted to join a county team then try to play a game and it crashes every time

Earlier games in career mode were fine

Going to have to try get a refund back on this from game, I can't advance any further in career mode once promoted to join a county team, where it will crash everytime i go to play the game

Removed the information.

Long story short, I'm due to receive a parcel from Xbox for being an MVP which has awards etc in. UPS have said I need to pay a sum of money on delivery of the parcel.

Customer support told me I shouldn't have to pay, sent me an email of this. UPS aren't accepting this and said they need Microsoft to call to confirm this.

I just need to know what to do, I've gone round the houses with this.

Have you tried messaging your ACE or other ambassadors that have received this stuff also. As for the promotions there isn't a direct forum or agent for that. Also have you tried the ambassador lounge? Or any other social media get some feedback from other
ambassadors. Due to that a separate program handled by certain individuals hard to find a lot on it. Only thing I can find is the

Blog for ambassadors. I will continue to look and post if I find anything more.

As far as I'm aware it's a separate programme than ambassadors, so I haven't.

I know the MVP Lead is looking into it too but neither of us seem to be having much luck in working it out hence my posts here and discussions with support.
