    I was unable to download Dirt Showdown during the Free Games with Gold Period of 01/01-01/15/2016

    Sorry, but once the games are no longer part of a promotion, it is not possible to get them at that promotional price unless they go on the promotion again. Forum support has no way of changing it either.

    I just saw one of you weekly promotions for this game yesterday & I've been told I can no longer purchase this game for 6.59 because the promotion week is over, but all last week I didn't see it on my console! I didn't hear of the promotion until late last

    The promotions of the service have nothing to do with game promotions. For game promotions it would be better if you post at the game's developer forums

    About Xbox Live rewards

    Promotions do not reward for purchases completed prior to the promotion. If you happened to own all the games during that promotion you would not be able to participate in that part of the promotion. There would still be the avatar portion for 2,000. That
    is why we get new promotions monthly. I personally did not like any of the pre-orders in the Games on Demand promotion so I do not participate in that until the new promotion starts.
