    Promotional token for Elf email code is missing in email recieved.


    $5 Promotional token for Elf email code is missing in email I received. Just says Promotional code in a white box where the promotional code probably should be. Its not a clickable either. Can't use code if I don't have it. So asking here about it.

    Killer Instinct promotional offer

    I recieved a email saying i would get a promotional code for killer instinct to unlock all characters on 11-06-13. I have yet to recieve my code. I have checked all emails associated with my microsoft account. I am wondering since it has been a few weeks
    where my code is.

    I was originally pointed in this direction after checking with chat support and told to request the missing codes here... Beyond that, The link

    Movies and TV forums     isn't working for me. I think its the final missing / at the end that it didn't like...

    After checking with those forums, several other people seem to have not gotten the code for some reason and it looks like they are not getting help either. I'll look some more but it doesn't seem like its getting resolved.

    I purchased this promotion on march 28th. I still have not recived the codes. I have my email for conformation. I changed my contact email shortly after I learned how the promotion was going to work. I have still recieved emails attached to my gamer tag
